The Official Gazette published the decision of 5 golf courses constructions in Alanya. Mahmutlar and Kargicak will have their own golf courses. Beside Mahmutlar and Kargicak also Okurcalar, Türkler and Emisbeleni were announced as tourism centers.

The new golf courses will increase the tourism branch and will positively affect the real estate sector as well. Golf is an important criteria in choosing a holiday destination or in deciding to buy a second home abroad.

Another positive aspect is that the golf tourism will extend the tourism season and becomes so a very important aspect for the region of Alanya.

We have been waiting for a long time; finally, the first large passenger aircraft of the Boeing 731-800 has landed in Gazipasa. Corendon was the first airline that got the permission for landing with a bigger aircraft type. The plane landed in Gazipasa on 04.04.2012 with 189 on board. 150 passengers from Holland and the press from Alanya and Gazipasa did not want to miss the first landing of the largest type of aircraft that ever have landed in Gazipasa.
