The Tapu (title deed) is essentially similar to the European Land Registry. The Tapuoffice is responsible for all transfers of ownerships of property. Notaries and lawyers are not entitled to make any kind of transfer of ownership.
Once you have found your dream home, we prepare everything for the transfer of the Tapu onto your name. First, we submit all the necessary papers to the Land Registry. These are sent to the military authority in Izmir for review. This takes about 1.5 to 3 months.
Since all our objects have already been examined by us, this is purely a routine procedure.
Immediately after the papers returned to the Land Registry Office in Alanya, we get informed. The title deed is now ready to transfer it onto your name. With a power of attorney granted by you to us, we can immediately transfer the property onto your name. Of course you can attend the transfer of the Tapu in person. Just book a flight and receive your Tapu.
